Project: Audiobook Processing Solution Development

The project aims to standardize audiobook production requirements, input validation, audiobook metadata management, versioning, and technical pre-processing of audiobooks for resale/publication in stores according to their requirements.

EDRK creates a data exchange format based on the Onix 3.0 standard, which creates a significantly more flexible solution for the end user, who can decide on store, library, technical platform, consumption model and format preferences.

As a result of the project, a multi-directional integration interface of audio files will be completed, which will allow audio books to be sold on different platforms both in Estonia and abroad. The goal is to standardize all activities, from file formats to integrations.
